Since 1946, this cava has been our interpretation of the traditional blend of Macabeu, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, the three classic varieties of the Penedès, which bring balance and versatility.
Initium is the perfect start to a romantic dinner for two, the prologue to many family gatherings, the perfect toast at a celebration among friends.
Preparation
Coupage: 60% Parellada, 30% Macabeu, 10% Xarel·lo.
Aging: Guarda Superior. More than 24 months of aging.
Dosage: Brut, 6g/L of added sugar.
ABV: 12%.

Tasting note
Aspect: Pale yellow and bright appearance. Good presence of fine bubbles.
Nas: Fruity aromas with subtle notes of aging.
