Siset is an estate-produced vermouth. It is made with Parellada wines from Mas Miquel and distillates from the solera process of Grandfather Siset, distilled from wines from our El Castell estate.

Preparation

Coupage: Wine made from Parellada grapes and wine spirit from Ugni Blanc grapes.

Main Botanicals: Orange and cinnamon.

ABV: 15%.

Harmonies

Canned fish, olives, and all kinds of canned foods and tapas.

Tasting note

Aspect: Bright and clear, with a mahogany color and orange highlights.

Nose: Aromas of herbal notes, black licorice, and a light hint of balsamic vinegar.

Palate: Good intensity on the palate with a fine balance between acidity and bitterness. Sweet at first, with a light and elegant bitter touch at the end.
